Our esteemed client, a leading Corporate Services provider in Nicosia, is seeking  a Senior Tax Consultant to join our Tax Department and play a key role in shaping solutions for global clients navigating complex tax challenges. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
  • Prepare and review corporate and personal tax returns, tax computations and supporting schedules.
  • Conduct research on local and international tax legislation, circulars, double tax treaties and emerging tax developments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical input on tax advisory projects, including restructurings, tax due diligence, tax risk assessments and cross-border tax matters.
  • Support tax audits by drafting responses, preparing analyses and liaising with relevant authorities.
  • Manage day-to-day delivery of assigned tax engagements, ensuring accuracy, high quality and timely completion.
  • Review and mentor the work of Tax Consultants, providing guidance, constructive feedback and technical support.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals and tax updates.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Law or a related discipline; a postgraduate degree will be considered a plus.
  • Professional qualification in Accounting (ACA/ACCA/CPA) or Tax (ADIT) or currently pursuing one of these qualifications.
  • 3–6 years of relevant experience in tax within a professional services environment, exposure to international clients will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Cypriot tax legislation and ability to apply it accurately in client engagements.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
