MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- SEO support for current and upcoming sports events: selecting, prioritizing, and optimizing content for matches, fights, and other high-traffic potential events.
- Promotion of trending content: on-page optimization, internal linking, updating existing articles, and improving visibility.
- Collaboration with editorial content.
- Coordinating topics and planning publications for key locales.
- Basic SEO optimization of editorial texts.
- Updating and expanding outdated materials.
- Optimization of predictions listings: setting up and developing tournament and sports category pages in line with SEO goals.
- Keyword research and analysis: prioritizing by locale, checking topic coverage, and assessing content relevance.
- Tracking rankings and visibility: monitoring keywords, measuring growth, and adjusting strategies.
- Off-page optimization: increasing backlink profile for priority pages.
- Collaborating with department leads.
- Contributing to the development and optimization of new tournament sections for each locale.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Minimum 2 years of proven SEO experience.
- Fluent in Russian and English language.
- Proficiency with analytics tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Yandex.Metrica, Yandex.Webmaster.
- Competitor analysis skills using Ahrefs, Similarweb, etc.
- Experience with technical SEO tools: Screaming Frog SEO Spider and others.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, semantic HTML, and microdata.
- Strong skills in Google Spreadsheets and Microsoft Excel.
