On behalf of our Client, a well-established Real Estate Developer, GRS Recruitment are seeking to recruit a Site Engineer to be based in Limassol. If you have the necessary skills and experience, then GRS are looking forward to receiving your CV for this Site Engineer role to be based in Limassol.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise daily site works and ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
- Verify drawings and quantities for accuracy.
- Organise and attend site meetings and track action items.
- Liaise with architects, structural and MEP consultants, contractors, quantity surveyors, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare variation schedules based on provided designs.
- Monitor project timelines, costs, and quality benchmarks.
- Conduct regular Health & Safety inspections to ensure adherence to the H&S Plan.
- Ensure compliance with permits, safety plans, and regulatory requirements.
- Submit required reports to Management and verify monthly contractor evaluations.
- Support material procurement activities.
- Maintain detailed records of all site-related engineering activities.
- Report directly to the CEO.
- Perform additional site-related duties as assigned by Management.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- BSc in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent command of Greek and English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project.
- Member of ETEK (Technical Chamber of Cyprus)
- Solid understanding of construction engineering and QA/QC procedures.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and detail-oriented.
- Willingness to take initiative in solving site issues.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Effective communicator and team player.
