A leading real estate organization with a strong presence in Cyprus and part of an international network operating in over 110 countries is seeking a talented and motivated Social Media Manager to join its team in Limassol. Built on a foundation of trust, exceptional client service, and in-depth market expertise, the organization is looking for a creative individual with a passion for digital content and marketing, and a commitment to excellence.
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop, execute, and manage daily social media strategies across all platforms
  • Create, manage, and maintain a structured content calendar
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media accounts
  • Set up, manage, and optimize paid social media campaigns, lead forms, and ads for lead generation and brand awareness
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns
  • Shoot high-quality photos and videos of properties
  • Edit property photos and videos, including the creation of reels and promotional content
  • Design visual content using Photoshop and other graphic design tools
  • Design and manage website landing pages through the CRM
  • Manage CRM ticketing systems related to marketing and social media activities
  • Monitor and follow up on marketing plan actions and budgets
  • Assist in the organization and promotion of company events
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Multimedia, or Social Media Management
  • Proven knowledge of Photoshop, graphic design and video editing
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in Marketing, Advertising, or Social Media Management (considered an advantage)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and professional communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of both Greek and English
  • High level of organization, punctuality, integrity, and professionalism
  • Pleasant personality with a positive and proactive attitude
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 – 13:00 / 14:30 – 18:00
