GRS Recruitment is proud to be working in partnership with an established group of companies in Limassol who are seeking a Social Media Manager to join their Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in building and growing brand awareness online while shaping the digital presence of a fast-paced organisation. The successful candidate will bring proven experience in Social Media Management, ideally within Proprietary (Prop) Trading or Forex Trading, and a genuine passion for creating impactful campaigns that drive engagement, reach, and brand visibility.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Developing and executing region-specific social media strategies that support the overall marketing and business objectives.

Creating and engaging content for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and compliance regulations.

Monitoring and analyzing social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Collaborating with the global marketing and regional teams to localize content and campaigns for regional audiences.

Building and maintaining relationships with key influencers, partners, and industry stakeholders to expand the prop firm's social media presence.

Collaborating closely with marketing, compliance, and legal teams to ensure all social media activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Offering suggestions and implementation strategies to the Management, as to new ways to increase brand awareness and exposure.

Monitoring social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.

Keeping up to date with industry-related best practices, which may be relevant to your role.

Performing other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Direct Supervisor and/or the Management.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Solid hands-on relevant experience in Social Media, within the Forex/Prop Trading industry is a must.

Good understanding and knowledge of Forex / Prop Trading firms.

Any knowledge and experience with futures and futures prop will be considered a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field will be considered as an advantage.

Excellent understanding and knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

Knowledge of compliance regulations related to social media in the financial industry.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Adaptability and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
