GRS Recruitment are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Developer with a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence to join our team in Malta. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing AI-driven automations and intelligent agents for clients, while also supporting customers during and after deployment. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and implement AI-driven automations and intelligent agents for client solutions
- Build, test, and maintain software applications with a focus on reliability and scalability
- Assist clients with technical onboarding, troubleshooting, and ongoing customer support
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Maintain clear documentation for implementations, integrations, and support processes
- Continuously improve existing systems and contribute to innovation in AI-driven solutions
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence
- Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in software development
- Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript
- Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices
- Experience working with AI-related concepts, frameworks, or tools
- Exposure to client-facing or customer support roles
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Hands-on experience with AI or machine learning tools, frameworks, or platforms
- Previous experience building system integrations
- Experience developing automations or workflow-based solutions
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, or microservices architectures
- Strong communication skills, especially when explaining technical concepts to non-technical users
- Customer-focused mindset with a willingness to assist and support clients
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude
- Ability to capture and document business requirements
