A well-established software company with offices in Limassol are currently looking to recruit a Software Support Officer for their team.   The successful candidate will have excellent client relationship skills and previous experience in hospitality or customer support.  If you want to join a company with a great working environment, then we look forward to receiving your CV for this Limassol based Software Support Officer role.     
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage clients by processing support calls
  • Visit customers for onsite
  • Systems implementation and customer training
  • Becoming an expert on the company’s software in order to service customers accurately
  • Maintaining client relationships
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  •  Pleasant personality
  • Great client relations skills
  •  Previous experience in hospitality or customer service
  •  Familiarity with accounting or accounting principles & payroll systems will be considered an advantage
