GRS is working with an exciting e-commerce who is looking to hire a Spanish-speaking UGC Creator Partnerships Specialist to build and manage a high-volume creator network across Europe. If you feel you have the necessary skills, please apply today.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source and onboard UGC creators across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
- Manage 500+ creator profiles and maintain an accurate, organised pipeline.
- Run personalised outreach and follow-ups, tracking conversion and response rates.
- Coordinate creator briefs, contracts, payments, deliverables and communication.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports.
- Use AI and automation tools to streamline outreach and operations.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Professional written Spanish and fluent English.
- 1–3+ years’ experience in creator management, talent acquisition, outbound sales, community management or a similar high-volume role.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills.
- Experience with Notion/CRM tools and spreadsheets.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
- €20,000 - €25,000 Gross Per Annum
- Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability.
