GRS Recruitment are working in partnership with a well-known Brand based in the heart of Limassol who are searching for a Sponsorship Manager Events to join their fun and friendly team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and enhancing the overall EXPO experience for sponsors, exhibitors and attendees. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work closely with sales and marketing to design sponsorship packages that align with the goals and objectives 
  • Design different levels or tiers of sponsorship packages that offer various benefits and opportunities to sponsors based on their investment
  • Conduct market research to assess the needs and expectations of sponsors and exhibitors
  • Introduce new types of sponsorships in the packages
  • Analyze industry trends, competitor sponsorships and target audience demographics to identify suitable sponsors and develop suitable sponsorships
  • Work closely with EvOps Lead to identify costs and expenditure to ensure profit margins align with the strategy
  • Consult with the Head of Innovation for additional features, activations and spaces that can be monetized and elevate the value of the sponsorship packages
  • Track and measure the performance of sponsorships 
  • Gather feedback from clients and evaluate the success of the sponsorship program
  • Prepare reports on revenue, expenditures and margins for each sponsorship
  • Evaluate the success of the sponsorship program, identify lessons learned and make recommendations for improvement for future EXPOs
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Sales and Marketing Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with sales and marketing teams to design sponsorship packages that align with the goals and objectives of the Company’s Exhibitions
  • Strategic Thinking: Capability to develop, design and manage the sponsorship program according to the strategy defined by Executive Planning Team
  • Creativity and Innovation: Capacity to design different levels or tiers of sponsorship packages and introduce new types of sponsorships to attract sponsors
  • Market Research: Proficiency in conducting market research to assess the needs and expectations of sponsors and exhibitors, as well as analyzing industry trends and competitor sponsorships
  • Financial Management: Understanding of costs, expenditures and profit margins to ensure alignment with the sponsorship program strategy
  • Collaboration and Communication: Ability to work closely with various internal stakeholders, including the EvOps Lead and Head of Innovation, to identify opportunities for monetization and value enhancement
  • Data Analysis: Capacity to track, measure and analyze the performance of sponsorships during the EXPO, as well as prepare reports on revenue, expenditures, and margins
  • Client Relationship Management: Skill in gathering feedback from clients, evaluating the success of the sponsorship program and making recommendations for improvement based on lessons learned
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines related to sponsorship program development, implementation and evaluation
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Effective problem-solving abilities to address challenges and make recommendations for improvement for future EXPOs based on lessons learned from previous events.
  • Highly Organized with Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and details related to sponsorship programs with precision.
  • Adaptability to Changing Market Conditions: Capacity to adapt strategies and approaches based on evolving market trends and client needs.
  • High Self-Motivation: Inherent drive to identify sales opportunities, tailor solutions and close deals proactively.
  • Collaborative Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, operations and innovation, to develop comprehensive sponsorship strategies and solutions.
  • Results-Driven: Focused on achieving measurable outcomes and driving revenue growth through effective sponsorship management and performance evaluation.
