On behalf of our client, an innovating Gaming company based in Limassol, GRS are seeking to recruit a Support Engineer. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in an IT support related role. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage virtual servers for the project
  • Pushing updates and tech launches to meet deadlines
  • Managing overall IT system
  • Engaging in quality control procedures to ensure that systems are efficient and operational
  • Overseeing the development and installation of new networking and computing infrastructures.
  • Select the best possible solutions using knowledge of a wide range of available technologies.
  • Monitoring systems in the existing network to ensure there are no productivity setbacks.
  • Installing and configuring operating systems and application software.
  • Implementing best practices for system security and data backups.
  • Anticipating potential issues or bottlenecks and identifying possible solutions.
  • Communicating effectively with IT support staff to ensure the setup process runs smoothly.
  • Liaising with vendors and keeping relevant stakeholders up to date with developments
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Minimum previous IT support related experience
  • Understanding of IT Principles and Technical concepts
  • Excellent English with active listening, written and verbal communication skills
