Malta’s leading safety and security provider are working with GRS to recruit a Talent Acquisition Executive to join HR team in Malta. In this role you will report directly to the Group HR Manager and will primarily be responsible for the company’s talent acquisition processes. The suitable candidate will have at least 3 years recruitment experience and fluency in both Maltese & English. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Liaise with internal departments to determine recruitment needs

Determine the effectiveness and success of current recruiting plans and strategies, including the recruitment networks and job boards used

Maintain current and build new relationships with academic institutions, recruitment platforms, recruitment agencies as well as head-hunters, to find qualified active candidates

Prepare attractive vacancy adverts for all the openings to be advertised

Draft position descriptions based on job profiles and operational requirements

Source potential candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks

Shortlist candidates based on established criteria set by the line manager

Schedule and attend interviews with the line manager respectively

Select the right candidate with the line manager and send job offers in a timely manner

Follow up with the unsuccessful candidates and keep a professional relationship

Coordinate and attend college/ university career days and recruitment events

Communicate and liaise with the Marketing team to create and design an attraction recruitment strategy

Assist in other HR Recruitment related areas

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Ideally, in possession of a formal qualification in HR or related, in combination with minimum of 3 years of active experience as a Recruitment or Talent Acquisition Executive.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders

A strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and best practices for candidate identification

Passionate about HR and Talent Acquisition methods, a drive for reaching targets and achieving goals.

Have excellent time management skills and attention to detail

A team player and have problem-solving skills

Excellent knowledge of MS office

Proficient in communicating in both English and Maltese
