Our client is a well-established, trusted and fully regulated forex trading broker who are looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Officer for their Limassol team. The Talent Acquisition Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic recruiting initiatives to meet the company’s current and future hiring needs. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Offer Management: Negotiate and extend job offers, managing all aspects of contract and salary discussions with selected candidates.
  • Sourcing and Talent Identification: Leverage a variety of sourcing channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to attract top talent.
  • Candidate Screening and Evaluation: Review resumes, portfolios, and qualifications to assess candidate suitability, ensuring alignment with role-specific requirements and company culture.
  • Recruitment Strategy Development: Design and execute effective recruitment strategies to meet both immediate and long-term talent needs.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay current on best practices and trends in talent acquisition and relevant industry developments.
  • Candidate and Hiring Manager Engagement: Provide consistent communication, feedback, and support to both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Interview and Assessment Coordination: Conduct and facilitate interviews, skills assessments, and other evaluation processes in collaboration with hiring managers.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field will be considered a plus
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
