GRS Recruitment is excited to announce an opening for a Permanent Talent Acquisition Specialist with a dynamic Forex Trading company based in Limassol. Our client is a private firm, home to a dedicated team of 36-65 employees. They are looking for a talented individual with a strong background in recruitment, specifically within the Forex or Fintech sectors, to join their team and help elevate their hiring strategy to new heights. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, shortlisting and ensuring compliance with company policies, budget constraints, and legal requirements. The Specialist will ensure a positive candidate experience, promote a diverse and inclusive workplace, and assist in advancing the Group’s strategic vision.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sourcing and Recruitment:

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Advertise open roles strategically, prioritizing key positions to ensure maximum visibility and attract top candidates

Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events.

Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Ensure recruitment activities are within budget and obtain necessary approvals for additional headcount.

Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions aligned with company strategy and structure.

Establish and manage agreements with recruitment agencies, ensuring clear processes and compliance.

Communicate and enforce internal recruitment policies and procedures, providing necessary training to stakeholders.

Offer guidance and feedback to hiring managers on candidate suitability.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and reinforce the company’s employer brand.

Oversee coordination between candidates and hiring managers from application through to employment.
Candidate Screening:

Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

Conduct initial phone screenings to assess fit and interest.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and the Head of HR.
Employer Branding:

Ensure values are passing through interviews
-
Implement and maintain the employer branding in social media

Assist in organizing external events such us career days

Organise internal programs such as summer internship programs
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Highly organised, rigorous, methodical and focused

Excellent knowledge of the English language both written and verbal

Analytical thinker and problem solver with the ability to think "outside the box"

Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to prioritise effectively

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Self motivated with the ability to work independently, prioritise workload and pay attention to details

Bachelor’s degree in related field will be considered advantage

2+ years’ experience in a similar role

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Strong multitasking, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
