A well-established Corporate Service Provider is searching for a Tax Accountant to join their accounting team in Malta. You will form part of a dynamic team that handles a predominantly international clientele operating across a wide range of industries as well as the firm’s private clients. The ideal candidate will be fully qualified and have at least 2 years’ experience in Tax. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Preparation of VAT returns

Preparation of tax returns

Managing a portfolio of clients

Drafting / reviewing procedures for the department

Assisting in the preparation of tax and/or VAT advisory work
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Fully qualified accountant having a minimum of two years’ experience within Tax/VAT
-
Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
-
Have excellent written and spoken English
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, detail-orientation, efficiency as well as teamworking abilities
