A Big4 Accountancy firm is looking for a Tax Professional to join their Tax Advisory/M&A team in Malta. You will be responsible for the provision of general tax advice as well as providing advice on corporate restructuring, transaction advisory and M&A engagements. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Work on tax advisory engagements

Provide general tax advice as well as advice on corporate restructuring, transaction advisory and M&A engagements

Assist on tax due diligence engagements on M&A transactions

Proactively understand the needs of the client and work with them to develop relevant and valuable solutions.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
In possession of a university degree in Accountancy, or an equivalent qualification such as ACA or ACCA
-
Minimum of two to three years working experience in a similar role

Able to work on their own initiative
-
Hold an excellent command of English
-
Able to work on cross-functional engagements with other departments within the firm

Self-motivated and possess strong interpersonal, organisational and analytical skills.
