A leading legal firm is looking for a Tax & Immigration Lawyer to join their Tax & Immigration team in Malta. The role will cover aspects of Tax & Immigration Law. The ideal candidate will have a law degree obtained in Malta and at least 2 years’ experience in Tax or Immigration. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide both legal and practical support to clients wishing to operate in Malta or make Malta their home.

Be regularly involved in advising on firm briefs across a range of practice areas, such as M&A transactions and asset finance, gaming, aviation, shipping, etc.,

Represent clients involved in tax disputes with the local Revenue.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Law degree obtained in Malta

Able to converse fluently in both English and Maltese

Ideally 2 years’ PQE experience

Knowledge in Tax & Immigration Law.

Any additional qualifications relating to taxation will be considered an asset.
