This role requires a proactive approach to business development, encompassing networking, proposal creation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service and be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that align with the firm's goals, enhancing our brand visibility, and building a robust pipeline of prospective clients. The Tax Director will also be tasked with staying updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide our clients with the best solutions tailored to their needs. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth in tax services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and outreach.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
- Lead the development of marketing initiatives to promote tax services and brand awareness.
- Provide insights and recommendations on service offerings based on client needs and market developments.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- ACCA/ACA/CPA Qualified
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in the tax profession.
- Excellent knowledge of Cyprus and broad knowledge of International Tax regulations, Tax Treaties and compliance requirements.
- Proven track record of successfully generating new business and client relationships.
- Strong entrepreneurial and business development skills
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Fluency in Greek and English
