GRS Recruitment are working with a well-established Accounting and Audit Firm in Nicosia who are searching to recruit a Tax Manager (Work from home twice per week / 2 half days per week) to join the team in Nicosia. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing and leading the tax department.

Supervising tax planning engagements.

Reviewing tax computations.

Mentoring and training less experienced members of the Tax Department.

Ensuring full compliance with Cyprus tax legislation and relevant reporting deadlines.

Staying abreast of legislative and regulatory tax law developments, communicate the effects of these developments to management and clients, and ensure that the firm’s practices comply with the latest laws and guidelines.

Identify and pursue opportunities for expanding tax services, including cross-selling to existing clients and developing new client relationships.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

University Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Qualified ACCA, ACA, or CPA.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in a tax department of a professional services firm.

Excellent knowledge of Cyprus tax legislation and good understanding of international tax matters.

Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Ability to manage a team, multitask, and meet deadlines.
