A long-standing company operating within the shipping industry, is working partnership with GRS Recruitment to hire a Technical Account Manager for their Limassol based team. The successful candidate will be responsible to provide IT solutions to the company’s clients. Acting as a bridge between the company and its clients, you will be providing support in all matters related to IT services, Cyber Security and Connectivity. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Understanding the customer's needs and expectations and ensuring they are met.

Managing the customer relationship and providing regular updates and feedback.

Coordinating with the technical team and delivering solutions that meet the customer's requirements and budget.

Identifying new opportunities and upselling our products and services.

Resolving any issues or complaints that arise, ensuring customer satisfaction.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
At least 3 years of experience in technical account management, sales engineering, or customer service role in the IT industry.
-
Experience within the maritime industry will be considered an advantage.

Strong technical background and knowledge of IT services, Cyber Security and Connectivity Solutions.

Customer-oriented and problem-solving attitude.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
-
Willingness to travel and work with clients in different locations and time zones.

Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
