Our client operates within a dynamic environment, promoting innovation and excellence, and is seeking a skilled administrator who can contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of their operations.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES

Provide administrative support to technical teams and management.

Coordinate project documentation and ensure all records are up to date.

Assist in scheduling meetings and managing agendas.

Prepare reports and presentations as required.

Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring all technical tools are operational.

Support communication between departments and with external stakeholders.

Handle queries and provide information to team members and management.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Successfully completed post-secondary level of education.
-
At least 2 years of experience in a similar job.

Computer literate with experience in Microsoft applications and other relevant software.

Good communication skills in Maltese and English.

Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in an engineering or technical environment.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

A degree or certification in administration or a related field is advantageous.
