MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITLIES
- Provide daily administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Manage correspondence, schedules meetings, and maintains accurate filing and record-keeping systems.
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations as requested by team members.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and timely follow-ups.
- Monitor deadlines and supports the team in meeting compliance and reporting obligations.
- Assist in organising internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
- Oversee office supplies and resources to ensure the team has the necessary tools and materials.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and contribute to enhancing team productivity.
CANDIADATE PROIFLE
- A post-secondary level of education.
- At least two years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the professional services sector.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, with clear communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and confidence in using CRM systems and digital tools.
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills, with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
