DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Performs various duties including typing, correspondence, phones, messenger services, guests, mail distribution, etc.
  • Handles other administrative duties as requested by Management
  • Orders and maintains office supplies
  • Liaises with office vendors for office appliances maintenance
  • Handles the compilation, distribution, delivery and filing of the Government correspondence and ensures confirmations receipt
  • Handles logistics for the Business and Commercial meetings held in the Cyprus office
  • Helps with travel requests for the Cyprus office in terms of tickets and accommodation in coordination with 3rd party
  • Prepares and distributes absentee’s weekly report
  • Handles the entry security system and assists with related security matters such as cameras, entry cards
  • May need to be standby after working hours, weekends, annual leave when needed, for last minute/adhoc changes
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to understand and observe confidentiality requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including ability to form and maintain effective working relationships
  • Ability to handle various requests
  • Proven time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
  • Ability to work for a fixed 2 year contract
