MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide expert support for client inquiries via multiple communication channels.

Troubleshoot and resolve platform, payment, and user account issues.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address recurring issues.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions to drive continuous improvement.

Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.

Conduct manual and automated testing for new features, updates, and fixes.

Develop and execute test cases and scripts aligned with project specifications.

Track, verify, and resolve defects in collaboration with technical teams.

Validate end-to-end functionality, including payment flows, user authentication, and integrations.

Maintain detailed testing reports, including issue tracking and results.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a technical role, preferably within fintech or banking.

Proven ability to deliver customer-focused technical support.

Knowledge of manual and automated testing tools and methodologies. Familiarity with tools like Postman or JIRA is advantageous.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.

Keen eye for identifying discrepancies or system inefficiencies.

Familiarity with financial products, payment systems, PSD2, AML/KYC regulations, and best practices.

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
