On behalf of our client, a Fintech Company in Limassol, GRS Recruitment are seeking a Technology Sales Manager to spearhead new business acquisition. You will own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and demo through commercial negotiation and close — targeting retail and institutional brokers, prop firms, and white-label operators across global markets. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Product and Account Management teams to position technology compellingly, respond to competitive threats, and convert pipeline into revenue. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Proactively identify, target, and engage prospective clients in the retail FX/CFD broker and prop trading space
  • Build and manage a self-sourced pipeline through outbound outreach, industry events, referrals, and competitor displacement campaigns
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle: discovery, product demonstration, proposal, negotiation, and contract execution
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly new business revenue targets for AXIS CRM and Price Feed
  • Develop deep expertise in AXIS CRM and Price Feed features, pricing, and integration capabilities
  •  Conduct compelling, consultative product demonstrations tailored to each prospect's operational requirements
  • Monitor the competitive landscape (including FXBO, Panda CRM, and other broker tech vendors) and articulate differentiation clearly
  • Provide structured feedback from the field to inform product roadmap and go-to-market strategy
  • Build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior operations stakeholders at target brokers
  • Partner with Account Management to ensure smooth client onboarding and handover post close
  • Represent at FinTech and FX industry conferences (iFX Expo, Finance Magnates Summit, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in HubSpot CRM
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • 1+ years of B2B technology sales experience, preferably within broker technology, trading infrastructure, or FinTech SaaS
  • Demonstrated track record of new business acquisition — hunting experience is essential
  • Strong understanding of the retail FX/CFD brokerage ecosystem: how brokers operate, what technology they rely on, and their key pain points
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable engaging C-level buyers
  • Self-starter with strong commercial instincts and the ability to manage a complex sales cycle independently
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and structured sales methodologies
  • Experience selling CRM, client portals, back-office platforms, or price feed / liquidity solutions
  • Existing network within the broker technology or FX liquidity space
  • Exposure to FIX protocol, MT4/MT5 ecosystem, or bridge/connectivity solutions
  • Multilingual capability (Arabic, Mandarin, or Spanish a significant advantage)
SALARY AND BENEFITS
  • € 24,000 – €36,000 Gross Per Annum
  • Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability.
