MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIIES
- Proactively working on a portfolio of clients, while reporting to senior members of the team
- Undertaking transfer pricing planning, documentation and implementation
- Taking a lead on all aspects of financial management of clients
- Assisting with business development activities to help identify and further opportunities for new/existing clients
- Contribute to the development of international tax and transfer pricing strategies, analyzing data and drafting relevant clients' deliverables
- Collaborate on international projects, working on multinational clients and helping the team to ensure compliance with diverse regulatory frameworks across multiple jurisdictions
- Stay informed about changes in the tax landscape related to transfer pricing and international tax and demonstrate eagerness to learn and adapt
- Apply critical thinking to deconstruct complex concepts and adapt to evolving business contexts
- Assist junior members in delivering assignments and act as their work buddy, providing guidance and support as needed
- Leverage technology to enhance delivery and improve client experience
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
- Holder of or currently pursuing relevant qualification such as Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT), Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), or Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA).
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience, preferably with exposure to large-scale clients.
- Strong consulting capabilities with a good understanding of international business and tax legislation.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage time effectively to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
