Our esteemed client, a leading Corporate Services provider in Nicosia, is seeking  a Transfer Pricing Team Leader to join our Transfer Pricing team and play a key role in delivering strategic solutions for global clients navigating complex cross-border pricing challenges. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITLIES
  • Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation, including Local Files, benchmarking studies and components of the Master File.
  • Perform economic analyses and modeling in collaboration with senior team members.
  • Support audits and controversy projects by preparing documentation and analyses.
  • Assist in research on transfer pricing  guidelines, BEPS and cross-border tax issues.
  • Manage day-to-day delivery of assigned engagements, ensuring accuracy, quality and timely completion.
  • Mentor and review work of Consultants, providing guidance, constructive feedback and technical support.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals and transfer pricing updates.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business, Law or a related discipline; a postgraduate degree will be considered a plus.
  • A Professional qualification in Accounting (ACA/ACCA/CPA) or Tax (ADIT), or actively pursuing one, will be considered an advantage.
  • 3–6 years of relevant experience in transfer pricing, ideally in professional services or multinational transfer pricing/tax teams.
  • Strong technical knowledge of transfer pricing methodologies, benchmarking, comparables and economic modeling.
  • Solid analytical and quantitative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  •  Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with transfer pricing software is an advantage.
