MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations through interviews, surveys, and analytics, while conducting competitor benchmarking and analyzing best practices.
- Design low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes to test and visualize design solutions.
- Organize and structure content to ensure clear and logical navigation.
- Create layouts, typography, color schemes, and user flows to deliver visually appealing and intuitive experiences.
- Work closely with the IT team and Product Manager to ensure designs align with project goals.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions, mood boards, and pre-concept development for new projects, proposing creative solutions.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Familiarity with prototyping tools.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (a plus, not required).
- Experience working with Agile methodology.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Empathy and a user-centric mindset throughout the design process.
- Attention to detail and flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities.
- Strong teamwork skills and experience working in global, multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
