On behalf of our client, GRS Recruitment are looking for an experienced UX Manager for their Limassol offices, to build beautiful, intuitive, and inspired products in order to appeal to the company’s clients. The successful candidate will contribute significantly to the new e-shop sites building and will be involved in new revenue streams development. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping platforms capabilities and have a meaningful impact on the new e-shop's launch. What is more, the successful candidate will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You will help shape the end-to-end journey of how clients interact with our products. The UI/UX team works on delivering an intuitive and user-friendly trading experience by focusing on design, usability and function.

Some of your responsibilities will include conducting user research, creating user stories, personas, storyboards and task flows.

You will be working closely with Graphic Designers to come up with inspirational designs, as well as working with the Web Development Team to implement and test your work.

Analyze and evaluate user workflows across multiple devices
-
Translate concepts into user flows, journeys, wireframes that lead to intuitive user experiences

Apply user-centric methodologies and common practices to design websites, UIs, mobile UIs and online content

Project manage Content Team to pre-specified relevant deliveries

Plan and conduct competitor analysis & user research

Help to understand users’ needs, behaviors and goals to gather insight into product design

Ownership of product development plans

Communicate frequently with Marketing Agencies and freelancers to assure proper marketing tasks execution

Study and apply best practices to our ecommerce site
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Bachelor or master’s degree in design, UI/UX design or equivalent degree
-
At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position

Self-starter who plans and executes work with minimal support
-
Deep understanding of UX’s role in the application development process
-
Experience with planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing
-
Ability to optimize design based on the value to the site
-
Comfortable with ambiguity
-
Experience in best practices for information architecture and design, as well as strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques

Familiarity with design tools, such as Figma, Sketch, Illustrator
-
You should be fluent in spoken and written English.

Experience with e-commerce sites is highly appreciated

Willingness to work in a fast-paced marketing-oriented environment

You should have an eagle’s eye end-to end of all pages

Full understanding of digital selling platforms and trends

Frequent e-shop customer
