An international group of companies offering digital solutions, are working in partnership with GRS to recruit a UX/UI Specialist to join their team in Nicosia. This successful candidate will have proven experience as a UX/UI Designer. The growth plans of this company make this a great opportunity to join their Nicosia based team as a UX/UI Specialist.
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Creating the websites’ designs, page layout, digital graphics - all within the company’s brand standards.
  • Collaborate with product managers and other team members to define and implement innovative user interfaces for our web and mobile applications.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and adjust on designs.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our products remain cutting-edge.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and with a high level of quality.
  • Follow strict quality checking procedures to deliver a high quality, professional product to the company’s agreed standards.
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Familiarity with user research methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
  • Prioritizing tasks - project time management skills - meet deadlines 100%.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Creativity, imagination, patience and attention to detail.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language (both verbal & in writing) - any other language will be considered as an advantage.
