An integrated maritime solutions leader, with a strong heritage in the shipping industry, are working with GRS to recruit a Motion/Video Graphic Designer for their Limassol office. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in video and animation Graphic Design. As part of the international Communications team, you will set the standards for video creation and deliver content that connects with target groups above industry standard. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Create and manage videos and motion graphics from concept through to final deliverables.

Work on a broad range of projects, from image and product videos to explanatory videos and social media campaigns.

Discuss appropriate options for video or animation and advise stakeholders of various entities on best practices.

Understand and translate briefings into creative ideas.
-
Develop concepts and storyboards for your work, craft them to high quality and bring them to life with video or animation.

Work with voice-overs and sound effects to enhance video productions.

Create standards for video and motion graphics production across the company.

Lead marketing staff from other entities of various experience levels and ensure quality and standards of video and animation produced are maintained.

Work closely with a global Communications team.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Communications design or any related field.

3 years’ proven experience in creating videos and animations across a range of channels.

Solid understanding of best-in-class performance principles on digital and social channels.

Storytelling skills and experience with end-to-end production workflows.

Be familiar with standard video editing software.

Knowledge of the principles of montage and colour correction.

Excellent experience with sound design and how to layer, mix and enhance video production with music, sound effects and dialogue.

Experience in filming will be considered as a plus.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent command of the English language.
