On behalf of our client, a fast-growing international provider of virtual support services, GRS Recruitment is seeking to recruit a Virtual Team Assistant to join their growing team based in Nicosia or Paphos. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organised individual to begin a career in team coordination, people management and operations within a dynamic digital environment. Working closely with Virtual Team Managers, the successful candidate will support the management of multicultural teams of freelancers, assist with onboarding and training activities, monitor performance and contribute to improving service quality. This entry-level position offers structured training, mentorship and the opportunity to develop towards a future Virtual Team Manager role.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support Virtual Team Managers with daily operational, administrative and team-related tasks.
  • Assist with interviews, onboarding and training of individuals providing services through the company’s platform.
  • Support communication and engagement initiatives with multicultural freelancer teams.
  • Assist with reporting, analysing and evaluating freelancer performance and provide feedback and insights to management.
  • Maintain accurate records and support team processes.
  • Contribute ideas and participate in internal projects focused on improving operational efficiency and service quality.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the organisation.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Previous experience or academic background in Human Resources, Management, Administration, Customer Support, Marketing or another relevant field.
  • Strong interest in people management, team coordination and operational support.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Additional languages will be considered an advantage.
  • Good working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets and Slides).
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Reliable, punctual and proactive approach.
  • Positive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
  • Willingness to learn and develop within a growing international organisation.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
  • €18,000 - €22,000 Gross Per Annum
  • Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability
