MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Review and process warranty claims according to manufacturer guidelines
  • Submit warranty claims to manufacturers systems and monitor
  • Plan, manage, implement and report on Recall Campaigns
CANDIDATE PROFILE 
  • Mechanical Engineering Aptitude (Mechanical or Automotive Engineering Degree)
  • Excellent IT literacy
  • High level of MS Excel skills (e.g. Formulae uses, Pivot and lookup tables, and conditional formatting)
  • Good MS Word skills
  • Excellent Technical writing skills on Automotive subject both in English and Greek Language
  • Superb communication skills
  • Valid Driving License
  • Previous experience as a Warranty/Recall Administrator (or similar role in automotive industry)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
