A leading investment bank is looking for an Account Administration Officer to join their team in Malta. The role is IT focused, so you will need great IT skills to undertake this varied role which includes opening of customer accounts on their database. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, ideally from within a financial institution. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Opening of customers’ accounts on our database
  • Closing of customers’ accounts
  • Updating customers’ records in accordance with the department’s procedures
  • Ensuring all customers’ files are stored and maintained accordingly
  • Data inputting
  • Scanning, filing and other administrative duties.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Preferably Level 4 certifications in business/finance subjects
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications and ECDL base certificate
  • Prior experience in a financial institution will be considered an asset
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Good eye for details.
