GRS Recruitment are working with a boutique law practise who offer tailor made solutions and a personalized service to their clients focusing on corporate and commercial matters as well as immigration and real estate. For their growing Limassol team, they are currently seeking to recruit a Secretary. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of administrative support experience and be fluent in both Greek & English.   • Answering phone calls in a professional manner, directing calls and taking messages.
  • Handling business correspondence.
  • Assisting with coordination of meetings, including arranging agendas and preparation of materials.
  • Oversight of the maintenance of the office areas and equipment.
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers, and other external providers.
  • Diary management on behalf of the senior management team.
  • Organisation and storage of files, documents, and computer-based storage.
  • Registration of new clients into the company’s system.
  • Deal with all administrative tasks that fall on the Compliance team and assist in ad-hoc compliance projects.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Secretary or Administrator.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
  • Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques.
  • Competent time management and multi-tasking ability.
  • Fully proficient with MS Office.
  • Display both integrity and professionalism.
