GRS Recruitment are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Account Manager to join a growing payments company in Limassol. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to our clients, ensuring they gain maximum value from our solutions while supporting long-term retention and revenue growth. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, identify expansion opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions within the fast-paced finance and payments environment. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, acting as their primary point of contact
  • Build strong, long-term partnerships through proactive communication and strategic support
  • Understand client objectives and recommend solutions that drive measurable value
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular engagement and follow-ups
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities aligned with client needs
  • Support contract negotiations, renewals, and commercial discussions
  • Contribute to revenue growth by strengthening client adoption and engagement
  • Prepare account forecasts, reports, and performance insights for management
  • Lead client onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive start through training and guidance
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries with clear and accurate information
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Manage pricing updates, refunds, and contract adjustments with attention to detail
  • Ensure compliance with contractual terms and relevant frameworks
  • Maintain strong knowledge of industry trends within finance and payments
  • Stay informed on company products and services to effectively advise clients
  • Provide feedback from clients to support continuous improvement initiatives
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Experience within the finance or payments industry (essential)
  • 2–3 years’ experience in Account Management, Client Success, or Customer Relationship roles
  • Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
  • Commercial mindset with strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills
  • Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field (advantageous)
