On behalf of our client an expanding Payments company, GRS Recruitment are seeking to recruit an Account Manager to be based in Limassol. If you have the necessary skills and experience, then GRS are looking forward to receiving your CV for this Limassol Account Manager role.
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Managing client relation from A-Z
  • Collecting KYC during the onboarding
  • Collecting KYC for transactions
  • General support with all client account matters
  • Setting up new clients and following up with none-active clients
  • Processing payments, FX and other transaction-related inquires
  • Handle account-related inquiries and requests from customers
  • Communicate with clients to ensure they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs
  • Generate progress reports for senior leaders within the organization
  • Identify, upsell, cross-sell, and renew opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Account Management or Customer Service or Sales role is required
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle several responsibilities simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational skills
