GRS is working with a leading hospitality group in Ayia Napa who is seeking an experienced Accountant to join its finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to further their career within a dynamic hotel environment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain accurate accounting records and process financial transactions

Perform revenue, bank, supplier, and PSP reconciliations

Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports and management accounts

Monitor costs and support budgeting and forecasting activities

Prepare VAT returns and ensure compliance with regulations

Assist with audits, stock control

Collaborate with operational teams to maintain strong financial controls

Support and coordinate the finance team to meet key deadlines
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
-
Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
-
Hospitality or hotel accounting experience is highly desirable

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, and VAT
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
-
Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills
-
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
SALARY AND BENEFITS

€30,000 - €35,000 Gross Per Annum
