MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records for local and international clients
  • Reconciliation of Banks, Debtors and Creditors
  • Preparation of Trial Balance and Management Accounts for clients
  • Preparation and filing of Quarterly VAT Returns via TFA  platform
  •  Submission of monthly VIES Declarations
  • Clients liaison for accounting-related information
  • Coordination with auditors for Annual Statutory Audit
  • Handle any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  •  At least LCCI Higher Certificate in Accounting  or equivalent
  •  Previous experience as an Accountant/Bookkeeper will be considered as a strong advantage
  •  Basic Knowledge of Excel and Word
  •  Fluency in written and verbal English language
  •  Familiarity with E-Soft software will be considered as an advantage
  •  Ability to work independently to meet deadlines
