A reputable Limassol corporate service company is working with GRS to recruit an Accounting & Administration Officer to support its growing operations and expanding client base. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide administrative support to the Accounting and Support team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders, responding to queries and facilitating task execution.

Assist with documentation, record-keeping, and internal reporting requirements.

Support process improvements and contribute to enhancing departmental efficiency.

Undertake additional tasks assigned by team leaders, with training provided where required.

Perform day-to-day bookkeeping across all accounting cycles using the company’s ERP system.

Assist in the preparation and submission of VAT returns and other tax compliance reports.

Support payroll processing, including preparation and submission of Social Insurance and PAYE returns.

Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in accounting and/or administration.

Academic background in Accounting, Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field (university/college degree, LCCI, or equivalent).

Working knowledge of bookkeeping principles; familiarity with VAT and payroll processes is considered an advantage.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.

Fluency in English and Greek, both written and spoken.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

High level of responsibility, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
