GRS is working with a global leader in supply chain solutions who is seeking a motivated Accounting and Finance Specialist to join their Cyprus office. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional looking to gain broad exposure within an international environment. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day accounting operations of the entity, ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations, and contribute to accurate financial reporting and business decision-making. You will work closely with regional finance teams and shared service centres, while also liaising with local stakeholders such as auditors and banks.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain and oversee the accounting records (AP, AR, GL)

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting

Ensure compliance with IFRS, local tax, and internal policies

Assist with cash flow monitoring and cost control

Liaise with auditors, banks, and external advisors

Coordinate with shared service centres for transactional processes

Support internal controls and process improvements

Provide basic financial analysis and support to the business
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
-
Previous relevant experience
-
Part-qualified or studying towards ACCA/ACA is an advantage

Good knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS exposure preferred)

Experience with ERP systems (SAP, JDE, or similar is a plus)

Fluent in English
