GRS is working in partnership with a governmental Authority in Nicosia and currently seeking to recruit administration assistants to work on temporary contract for the duration of 24 months. The successful candidates will be assisting with administrative duties and must be able to communicate in both fluent Greek & English, hold a university degree and a clear criminal record (certificate is required upon application). DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Assist in the Registration and archiving of documents and files
•    Participate and assist in writing, negotiating, evaluating and preparing contracts and tenders of the Company
•    Perform any other duties assigned to them, and any other administrative work requested by the Management. 
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE

•    A University degree (preferably in Public Management, Business Administration, Personnel Management, Economics, Political Science)
•    5 years’ experience in an administration role
•    Fluency in both Greek and English
•    Clear criminal record
