GRS is working in partnership with a governmental institution in Nicosia and is currently seeking to recruit an Administration Assistant to work on temporary contract for the duration of 24 months. The successful candidate will be assisting with secretarial & administrative duties and must speak both fluent Greek & English, hold the secondary school certification and a clear criminal record (certificate is required upon application). The role offers attractive governmental working hours. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Manage and update office records and documents
  • Preparing letters
  • Keeping records/ Data input
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Prior experience in Administrator / Office Support roles
  • A clear criminal record
  • Available for an immediate start
  •  Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  •  Great communication and Customer Service Skills 
  •  Fluent in Greek & English
  •  Must already be residing in Cyprus with valid work permit
