You will ensure the smooth running of a small office by providing comprehensive administrative support, ensuring effective coordination of tasks and maintaining an organized and efficient workplace. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate parties.
  • Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
  • Support basic bookkeeping tasks and assist in budget tracking.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal and external communications.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
  • Manage and organize executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics and documentation.
  • Act as a liaison between the company's worldwide offices, fostering effective communication.
  • Undertake special projects and assignments as needed.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Fluency in English both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Certification or training in office administration. High school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role preferred
