Are you looking to gain experience within the Insurance sector? A well-known Insurance firm which provides exceptional motor insurance to their clients is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their Call Centre in Malta. You will be required to handle incoming and outgoing calls to clients and providers and to undertake clerical work in relation to the company’s products. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Maltese with good administrative skills. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Monitor incoming calls to the call center as necessary providing a high level of service as required by the company and by its clients in relation the products being provided by the company.
  • Make outgoing calls as necessary to ensure the high level of service and to perform quality control as required by the company and by its clients in relation the products being provided by the company.
  • Perform any assistance work, data collection and data inputting with care and accuracy in as necessary to provide clients with the services required.
  • Monitor the performance of specific products or processes and report to management and to carry out actions related to specific procedures as requested by management.
  • Perform any related tasks as requested by management and necessary for the upkeep of the company’s services, assets or premises.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Speak and write fluent English and, ideally Maltese also
  • Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office application
  • An excellent team player
  • Have problem-solving skills and a strong customer-oriented attitude
  • Possess telephone etiquette, communication and organisational skills
  • Experience in the following sectors is considered an asset: Insurance, Call-Centre, Customer Care, Assistance services
CONDITIONS
  • Required to work two out of six weekends in a rotation
  • Hours/Shifts:
       06:00-14:00
       09:00-17:00
       11:00-19:00
       14:00-22:00
