An established Forex brokerage operating on an international level, looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant to assist Risk and Back Office departments in Larnaca. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Answering questions about the company by phone or email
  • Taking inventory and ordering office supplies
  • Scheduling meetings and taking notes
  • Updating computer records
  • Maintaining office correspondences
  • Making travel arrangements for staff & CEO if necessary
  • Printing, filing and photocopying paperwork
  • Assisting the Compliance & Risk managers in their departments
  • Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems
  • Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports and ensuring that everyone is kept current of necessary company news and information
  • Preparing regular financial and administrative reports
  • Schedule in-house and external events
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Fluency in English – written and verbal
  • Well organized and team player
  • Higher education diploma or degree is a plus
