MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Personal Assistance to the Directors and Senior Management

General office administration

Coordinating marketing efforts between internal teams and third-party marketing agencies

Posting and monitoring the Company's social media platforms and online presence
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Candidates must be residing and working in Malta already

Written and verbal skills in Maltese and English

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc)

A Level Standard of Education preferred

Prior 2 years local experience in office management or administrative support is a must

Knowledge of social media platforms and analytics is highly desired
