GRS Recruitment is working with a small family office and looking to hire an on-site Administrative Assistant for their Limassol based team. The successful candidate for this position will be able to demonstrate strong attention to detail, efficiency and initiative of standardized procedures, and proficiency in assisting with the day-to-day administrative duties in the office. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Organising filing systems and updating office databases
  • Processing invoices, tracking receipts, inputting expenses and other basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Arranging travel plans and hotel stays for staff members Ordering new office equipment, such as stationery, printer refills or staff uniforms
  • Acting as a point of contact for customers, clients, or suppliers via email, over the phone or in person
  • Scheduling office meetings between teams, managers, and departments
  • Responding to questions and requests for information
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a closely related field such as accounting or economics
  • No previous experience is needed
  • Fluency in Russian and English Language, Greek language is considered an advantage
  • Computer literate
