GRS Recruitment on behalf of a modern shopping destination in the lively city of Limassol are looking to hire an Office Secretary. The successful candidate must be highly organized and proactive in overseeing the smooth functioning’s of the organisation. As an office secretary you will be cooperating with the general manager. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
  • Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, answer questions they may have and provide general support.
  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of the offices including office supplies.
  • Place orders for the needs of the office
  • Make travel arrangements and schedule meetings
  • Answer telephone calls and take messages
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Prior experience in a similar role as a receptionist or front of house will be considered as an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge of basic office equipment and ability to troubleshoot minor issues.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional level of English & Greek language skills
