On behalf of a prestigious hospitality and real estate group, GRS Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and personable Reservations Receptionist (Rotating Shifts) to join their Limassol-based team. As the first point of contact for yacht owners, captains, and guests, the Reservations Receptionist plays a key role in managing berthing reservations and delivering exceptional service. This is a full-time position operating on a rotating shift basis (5 days per week). The ideal candidate will be organized, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Respond promptly and professionally to reservation inquiries via phone, email, VHF radio, and in person.

Book and manage slip reservations for yachts and vessels of various sizes.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using the reservation and POS software.

Coordinate arrivals and departures, ensuring efficient berthing and guest turnover.

Communicate clearly with dock staff regarding incoming vessels and berth assignments.

Process payments, issue receipts, and provide information about rates, amenities, and policies.

Welcome guests upon arrival and provide concierge-level service, including local area information and marina services.

Monitor daily schedules and flag potential booking conflicts or special requirements (e.g., large vessels, VIPs, events).

Handle guest concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Assist with administrative tasks and seasonal events as required.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Proven experience as a Front of House/Receptionist, preferably in Hospitality or Travel.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a busy reception area.

Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering top-notch service.

Able to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

Proficient in MS Office and has experience with reservation systems.
