GRS Recruitment is excited to present an opportunity for a Contract Administrative Assistant at a Government company in Nicosia working the hours 07:30 - 15:00

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Manage and update office records and documents
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Prior experience in Administrator / Office Support roles
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Great communication and Customer Service Skills 
  • Fluent in Greek
